Author speaks to local Historical Society

Natishma, Shaman of the Chesapeakes, Friend of the Roanoke Colony author Richard Proescher discussed his thoughts on the Lost Colony’s time in Hampton Roads with the Norfolk County Historical Society of Chesapeake on Sunday, September 15, 2013 at the Chesapeake Public Library.

Specifically, Proescher shared his thoughts about the Lost Colony’s time here in Hampton Roads during the winter of 1585-86. Earlier in the day, Proescher had shared his comments with our entire area, by appearing in the Opinion section of The Virginian-Pilot.
